I want people who are interested(particularly physicians) to know about my ordeal working with the Army and my hearing(trial) by two nurses, two physicians and a psychologist. Because I am older and my way of practicing medicine differs from the younger physicians, my career is threatened as well as my entire life since that is how I have been making a living for 34 years. My knowledge has been tested with SPEX less than 3 years ago (which I took in an effort to obtain a Texas License) and I am up to date on ACLS and CME's. I am a good history taker and have excellent clinical judgment but two physicians are destroying me. I will provide documents on this site to demonstrate what these physicians have done. My case is on appeal right now and will go to the Surgeon General. I need your support.

Pending are documents detailing my "ordeal". I will begin with the criticism of my progress notes. For physicians, they are self explanatory. I will answer any questions about this criticism. nb.The patient is seen and interviewed, undressed as appropriate, notes are written, explanations of findings are explained to the patient, prescriptions are written on the frequently malfunctioning computer system all in the time frame of 20 minutes.
